Bottle. Pale colour, decent head. Aroma is quite pleasant maltiness, some herbal hops, some wort and corn. Light bitterness, lightly sour. Medium carbonation. Nothing special, but quite ok for a non-alcoholic beer - resembles a normal Czech beer.

Bottle brown, 500 ml, got it in Trinec, Czech Republic.
Appearance: Pours fat golden, well saturated and perfectly clear body, head is initially huge, slowly decreasing to medium leaving nice lacing, snowy white in colour, frothy in texture.
Aroma: Very pleasant aroma of freshly brewed wort of barley malt, fresh grains of barley, notes of cornmeal but positivek, gentle herbal notes of Czech hops, metalic, mineral, freshly boiled rice, faint note of alcohol, quite interesting and distinctive Low Alcohol aroma.
Flavour: Very nice, strongly pronounced, upfront notes of dust, cardboard, paper, chalk, freshly brewed barley grains, perfectly balanced malty sweetness and quite high amount of hops, nice saltyness perceptable on palate, minerality, cornmeal, water from boiled rice, gently herbal and gently leavy, finish duration is moderate.
Palate: Body is light, texture is watery, carbonation on palate is moderate, finish feel is very clean, crisp, fresh, pure, gently mineral and gently astringent.

pivnizub (9727) - Bochum, Porúří, GERMANY - APR 29, 2007
Bottle: Hazy, golden coloured, extremely huge, extremely fluffy head, that quickly diminishes; distinctive citus-fruity nose, mixed with yeast and wheat (!); light sweetish-sourish flavour, light bodied to watery; watery citrus-fruity finish. Not absoloutely unpleasant and: even though the use of wheat (pšenice or pšenični slad) isn’t stated on the label, neither in czech nor in slovakian language, no doubt, that this is the rare example of an low alcohol Weizen.......
