0,5L bottle. Pours clear amber with big white head. The head stays. Aroma: metallic, malty, slight sourness. Taste follows the nose, but also adds strong caramel, sweetness and noticeable bitterness. Alcohol is also slightly noticeable. The finish is surprisingly long bitter. Overall: surprisingly good, was expecting less.

0,5 l bottle as a gift.
Clear amber-reddish colored beer with a small but stable, creamy off white-tan head. Sweet malt and toasted caramel in the aroma with a moderated herbal hop perfume. Medium bodied beer with caramel and malt, toasted tastes, sourish yeasts and a dry, herbal hop in the finish. Not a bad but not a very exciting one...

Shaney (2423) - Köln / Cologne, GERMANY - APR 2, 2013
Dunkles Bernstein, feinporiger Schaum mittlerer Dauer. Karamell, Fudge, Toast, leicht röstig. Halbtrockener, vollmundiger Antrunk. Die Würze des Malzes ist auffallend und lecker zugleich, auch buttrige Aromen sind zu schmecken. Bittert schön lang nach. Gutes Bernstein/Halbdunkles!

TEJA (2369) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - APR 17, 2013
Draught at Svejk, Stockholm. Thick lasting beige head. Clear amber color. After looking so good I was attacked by a huge butter scotch aroma and a slightly metalic taste with far to much roasted tastes for a light Tjeck lager. Some reisdual sweetness and medium body.

Schroppfy (2360) - Łódż, Warsaw, Poland; Michigan, Ohio, USA - MAY 7, 2011
On tap at Piwoteka Narodowa, opening day. Nice ecru head, very clear medium brown color. Smells like dusty flowers and herbs. Tastes moderately sweet, very low bitterness, slight caramel. Boring but a repeat beer in an emergency (but it is hard to keep these Primators separate there are so many varieties).

500 ml bottle courtesy of Cuso. Thanks. Pours a translucent amber color with medium off-white head that soon dissipates away with an audible hiss. The aroma is sweet malts, caramel, hay and earthy hops. The taste is caramel malts forward with a nice spicy/earthy hop presence that balances the malts quite nicely. The palate is silky smooth with lively carbonation. Finishes medium in duration and dry. Overall: A decent beer and by far the hopiest polotmavy Iv’e tried so far.
