33cl bottle (as Primator Premium Dark) from Systembolaget. Pours dark brown with a light brown head. Aroma of caramel, malt and dark fruits (prunes) with some roasted notes and hints of chocolate. Medium sweet with a balanced bitterness in the finish. Nice and quite refreshing.

(on tap) Reddish dark brown colour. Smelly very much of caramel and butterscotch. Aroma of dried figs and milk chocolate. Light body. Lightly bitter, lightly sweet taste. Not my favourite from that brewery.

Toasted malt, caramel sweetness, brown sugar and cola in aroma.

Bottled. Pours brown with a tan head. Nose of toasted malts and caramel. Sweet flavor with toated malt notes along with caramel, bread and nuts. Medium to light bodied, watery to oily texture and average carbonation. Slightly bitter finish. A typical Czech dunkel.

Sweetish, honeyish and nutty aromawith hint of cocoa. Nutty, toffeish and honeyish flavor with hint of herbal and grassy hops. Pleasant and easygoing.

The aroma is sweet and chocolatey with toasted malt and a touch of hay and prunes. The appearance is medium brown with a foamy head. The taste is like the aroma but a bit grainy and papery. The palate is thin. Overall a very decent session beer.

Bottle. Very nice aroma, not one-dimensionally caramelly like other Czech dunkels but with interesting notes of coffee, ground cocoa, vanilla and nuts. Dryish, moderately roasted taste, only slightly sweet, with a light to moderate bitterness. Coffee and vanilla flavour with a coffeeish aftertaste. Very good!
