3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Nice little bottle with the styling of the PU and Purkmistr lettering. It has an orange hue and thin head. The nose is soft and subtle with a hint of malt and biscuit. This has a pleasing taste without it being exceptional. At least after tasting 2 crap aussie micro sills this is at least a welcome change.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Golden, with a magnificant head. Aroma is hops, hops and hops. Flavor brings a lot more malt, not much bitterness there, even if it is a little metallic. A great pilsner with a mild finish.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
The beer pours the archetypal limpid golden yellow color with the stereotypical bright white and large spumous head, and as it desiccates the lace a forms a fine covering upon the glass. Nose is thee quintessential lager nose, malt that is somewhat sweet, citrus crisp and clean, the prototypical lager start that is nicely malted and lightly sweet, top is fair to middling in feel. Finish is almost astringent in its carbonation with the hops apropos to the style with the aftertaste dry and lingering, in all honesty one of the better lagers I’ve sampled.

3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
This rich, golden beer pours with a thick, snow white head that ever so slowly fades to a layer of white film atop the very slightly hazy liquid, while leaving a nice lacing on the glass. The aroma is slightly bready, with pepper and lemon notes, and a malt character to it as well. The taste is rather sweet, with notes of lemon and pepper, almost to a point of sourness. Very unique. The finish is fairly crisp, with the citric tartness lingering behind. The mouthfeel is very full and satisfying, and supports the sweetness of the beer well. The drinkability suffers a little from the sweetness, a little from the tartness.

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
Bottled: Light golden coloured. Clear. White quickly diminishing head. Loads of malts in the nose. Some sweetness as well. Bread, malt and some "lacyness" (DOVEN in danish) in the flavour. No bitterness at all in the end. A bit boring bohemian.

1.4 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 5/20
Nice golden color with a decent white head. Taste is sweet and then just plain ugly. The palate was awful and the taste lacks a decent balanced taste pattern

2.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Pale golden with good creamy white head. Freash Saaz hop aroma. fresh and clean flavor. Some floral hops and good bready maltiness. A little bit to thin, should have some more bitterness.

3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Drinkable and reasonably palatable. Saaz hops but enough malt to produce a caramel/butterscotch flavor. Slightly to the syrupy side, where I might have expected more carbonation. Still, as a free bottle offered to me before dinner, standing out on a patio on a comfortable English summer evening...yeah, this is perfectly acceptable.

Dad picke up a case of this for 8 pounds or something ridiculous like that, with that in mind this isn't bad. Slightly honeyish with ssome floral hops, fairly bitter. But lacking in most departmnets, quaffable.
