500 ml bottle. BB 02/03/15. From the brewery in Náchod, Czech Republic. Clear golden colour with a small white head. The aroma is typical but nice Czech Pilsener. The flavour is a bit too sweet diacetyl but otherwise very passable. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle.Golden and clear with a small head. Dry and very easy to drink. I am just getting into this style which seems to produce pleasant if unexciting beers, of which this is one.

Bottle from Alko, Kemi. Clear golden beer with a medium white head. Aroma is typical for a Czech pils, malts, butter and grassy hops. Flavour pretty much the same. Decent brew in this classic style.

White golden to straw yellow clear beer with big white head leaving lacing. Aroma has strong buttery and rubbery diacetyl, grassy and herbal hops and some pale malts. Flavor is slightly honeyish sweet and malty with grassiness on the side. Slightly metallic as well. Thin palate, watery at times, high carbonation. Finishes with quite mild bitterness which lingers in the mouth for a while. A decent basic Czech lager, kind of midway between the hop attack of Urquell and soft maltiness of Budvar.

A golden beer with a medium and white head. The nose of rich malts and grain, some honey and butter, lots of fresh grass. Taste is slightly sweet of malts, the sweetness is decreased by grassy hops, still not dry at all, also dry grain. Medium bodied, nicely smooth to drink. Easy and suave beer.

Bottle. Golden, small to average and mostly diminishing head. Light to moderate, malty and lightly sweetish aroma, faint butter and light grassy hoppyness. Body is medium, malty – lightly grainy and lightly sweetish flavor, light butter, light grassy hoppyness. Finish is average, malty - lightly grainy and dryish, light butter with light grassy - herbal hoppyness. OK dryish Czech pils, not too much diacetyl – nothing special though.

Clear deep amber, little sparkling, 2 finger frothy head dissipates too fast leaving bit ugly lacing islands. Sweetish grainy aroma has some butter notes, bit damp cellar and some unspecified fruits, something that seems impure also .Medium body, soft carbonation and round feel, medium long grainy finish with butter and slightly roasted caramel, bit grass. Easy to drink, butterscotch was nice but aroma’s impurities not. Still ok Czech.

Bottle. Golden colour, frothy head that does not last long. Clean malty aroma with some herbal accents. Light bitterness. Medium body, average carbonation. Good.

330 ml bottle. Honey gold color topped by a small white head that disappeared quickly. Rich malty aroma with notes of butterscotch and floral hops. Tart ready malt flavor has obvious floral Saaz hop notes. Soapy malt mid taste. Finish is more Saaz hops.
