Tap as "Primator Premium Dark". Dark brown with small tan head. Aroma is light roasted malts, chocolate and caramel. Flavour is light roasted malts, chocolate, caramel, medium sweet and a little liquorice.

50 cl. Dark brown with a ok lightbrown head. Aromas are Malt, smoke and dark fruits. Sweet with some smoke and fruits end, med. body, ok.

Draught at the 16th BBF as their ’Dunkles’. Ruby-pitch with a lacing, jiggling tan head. Sweet, lightly nutty taste, not a lot of roast, thin body with faint sourness/tang and fruit. There’s some bad black patent-type astringency here, though it’s not super strong.

Bottle. Dark brown, small to average and fully diminishing light brown head. Moderate, malty and sweetish aroma, caramel and light roasted malt with light chocolate, faint hoppyness. Body is medium, malty and sugary sweetish flavor, caramel and light roasted malt, faint coffee. Finish is average, malty and sugary sweetish with caramel and some roasted malt, faint hoppyness. Sugary sweetish dunkel - for those with sweet tooth.

500 ml bottle.
Pours a dark brown colour with a creamy small head. Aroma of toasted malts, dry nuts and some wet grass. Flavour of toasted malts, dry nuts, grassy hops and some toffee sweetness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation and very smooth mouthfeel. Finishes malty, sweet and light bitter. Overall very smooth and goes very well with meat.

Pours dark brown/black with a nice frothy head. Aroma caramel, burnt malts, sugary sweet bread. Slightly sweet taste.

50cl bottle, BBE 05/2013. Poured nutty brown with a thin beige head, lacing. Caramel, toasted malt and vegetables in aroma. Flavor is way better, roasted malt, some mild coffee and milk chocolate. Long roasted finish.

Pours black with a brown head. Light aromas of coffee, some malts, no hop presence. Low on aroma, seems like a lighter, watered down porter.

Aroma is caramel malts and very nutty. The flavor is caramel sweetness, nuttiness, a low undercurrent of hops and a clean and malty finish.

33cl bottle (as Primator Premium Dark) from Systembolaget. Pours dark brown with a light brown head. Aroma of caramel, malt and dark fruits (prunes) with some roasted notes and hints of chocolate. Medium sweet with a balanced bitterness in the finish. Nice and quite refreshing.
