1.4 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 5/20
Bottle: Yellow light orange color with a medium, fizzy heads that doesn’t last. Corn aroma and corn tasting. Has that frosted flake aftertaste. Typical lightweight lager. Produce place 0.99

1.1 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 4/20
Pours a typical pale lager yellow with a large fluffy head. This, as one would expect, is repackaged MGD. Weak flavor, metallic aroma. Mouthfeel is dead and watery. Nothing good or special about this whatsoever, except maybe for the nice packaging scheme. Overall, poor.

3.5 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Primo is BACK! I had this in Maui over Thanksgiving 2008. Pale yellow pour with white head that fades quickly. A nice nose that’s sweet and pleasant. Little hops/barley. Very smooth. A great thirst quencher. This stuff really hits that spot on the back of your throat. For such an otherwise mild, unassuming brew, this is very nice.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Negative props for authenticity, as this one’s brewed in California with "island" sugar (the islands are not identified lest the current Honolulu government object) but pretty damn drinkable, and happily sugary sweet--good for the "island" heat

2.4 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
12oz bottle thanks to my bro out in Cali. Pours a nice gold color with a nice thick and persistant head. Smells of corn malt and grain. Tastes like fermented corn, a lil grass, and nice dense body. Aftertaste is semi-sweet. Not bad.

2.8 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle. Slightly darker golden than most lagers, sweetish wooly head. Grassy, sweet, not much depth, but surprisingly drinkable. Kind of a distinct flavour which I’d probably get sick of, but as an end-of-week beer with my Japanese curry it hit the spot.

2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
22 ounce bottle from Safeway in Kihei, Maui, Hawaii. Medium golden color, grainy aroma reminiscent of old time regional lagers, very foamy slighty off-white head, sweet flavor with slight soapiness, not much trace of hops. I broke my boycott of all beers brewed by Miller to try this beer and I don’t know if it really was worth it. Not unpleasant but nothing to attract a retry. Unfortunately, I didn’t encounter the draft version (which apparently isn’t made at a Miller plant) during my Hawaiian vacation. If I’m lucky enough to go back someday and can find the draft version, I’ll revisit this rating.

3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Another brew enjoyed while vacationing in Maui, Hawaii. When I saw this on the cooler shelf I knew I had to try it for two basic reasons; (1) it was the last one on the shelf, and (2) I have never tried it before and have never seen it in my area! This brew had a fantastic flavor that was making me take it nice and slow so that I could enjoy it for as long as I could! This brew is made with pure Hawaiian cane sugar and that makes for one fantastic tasting brew! This is truly wonderful as the company for this brew falls under the Pabst/Miller corporate structure and they have graciously kept from meddling around and mucking up the production of this tasty brew!
