Bottle in Hawaii. Hmmm... interesting. Tastes much better cold which is probably not a good sign I guess. Quite sweet as you would expect from the cane sugar. Let down by slighty chemical aftertaste.

Pours a ginger ale colored body, no head. Aroma is yeast, banana and clove. Flavor is bitter and palate is crisp but metallic. An alright beer.

Bottle. Pours yellow with a white head...Aroma is pale lager with hint of pepper and citrus. Flavor is like a light lager but no gross aftertaste. This is what it is...better than macro pale lagers.

22oz bottle...OK, site and setting were everything (chugged it out of the bottle on the balcony of our room in Kauai over looking the sparkling blue Pacific). Enjoyed it thoroughly and was very satisfied with this not-really-from-Hawaii Hawaiian beer. Back in Michigan this undoubtedly would not fair so well...

snakeoilpete (324) - Seattle, Washington, USA - FEB 26, 2009
UPDATED: MAR 6, 2009 Bottle on the beach. Pours clear golden with a decent bubbly white head. Nose is mostly malt, heavy on the molasses, with a little hoppy spice. Full mouthfeel. Flavor is mostly caramel malt that turns into a weird oniony taste in the finish. Overall, not too bad.

Had this one in saint George Utah 2 years ago. Has a great island citrus taste to it. Medium head. With a decent aroma

The flavor is a little grainy and some grassy notes. Nothing special going on here. In the aroma category it’s pretty basic with some grains. Pours a golden color with a quick disappearing white head and some patchy lacing The finish is pretty clean and crisp. Has some grassy notes there. It’s pretty easy drinking. If your looking for a mindless beer this may be it.
