Bottle from Oahu. Pours a clear glowing lighter golden with a fizzy frothy white head. Grassy aroma with a light sweetness. Somewhat clean flavor, light bitterness, light sweetness, touch of faint apple, doughy, softer malty, with lasting bitter aftertaste.

Bottle from an unknown shop in National City. Good thing I didn’t buy this because I would have been even more unhappier. At first smell, I cringed and knew I was in store for a real crappy beer. Crisp clear and golden with a tiny fizzy head is a basic visual deScription. The flavor is beyond bland with plenty of macro adjuncts such as corn/rice substituted malts. Tasting very similar to a low or non alcoholic beverage but honestly does have a clean finish which makes this more drinkable then others.

Bottle. Poured clear pale yellow with thin fast dissipating head. Sweet aroma with many sugary notes. Sweet candy and malt flavour. Sugary finish, no bitterness. Too sweet to drink again.

22 oz bomber from Capital Market, Salem. was kinda tricked really into buying, thought this was brewed on HI. but its brewed in Millers plant in Cali. Ok pretty average looking lager pale golden nice sized white head. Typical. Aroma is pretty pleasant for style only a whiff of carboard to go with the buisuity malts. Taste..pretty average semi-sweet American lager. Mouthfeel is actually Ok they managed to at least keep the carbonation down this makes the overall expierience with the beer more pleasing. This is an OK macro lager..not too many off flavours. reinds me of Henry Weinhards Private Reserve..thats a good thing.

UPDATED: AUG 1, 2011 [Bottle] Clear golden hue, decent head formation. Cooked cereal aroma. Sweet malty flavor, cereal, lemon and honey. Light, well carbonated body, just a touch of bitterness in the finish.

Bottle - Pretty sweet and not very different than an american standard beer. The cane sugar is a nice touch but it is still overly sweet. Disappointed once i found out my bottle was not actually brewed on the island.

pours a very pale yellow with a thin white head that dissipates rapidly, not much of a lacing. smell is of corn, pale malt, and grain. taste crisp, grain, malt, a few hops, and a little funky ending.

Drank this from the bottle watching some kids play baseball in the dark. This almost tastes of nothing! But I like the way it feels!

Almost a half finger of head on a clear, medium straw colored body. The aroma is faint overall: a little grain. The taste is mild bitterness and a little sour with a touch of sweetness at the end. Not much to it though. The texture is meh with moderate carbonation and light body. This beer cannot even manage to be "light and refreshing" for the hot island/beach environment.

Rated from memory, but I drank a lot of these on Hawaii. Routine lager, but fresh and cheap.
