From the big braddah can, watching the sunset on Maui. This beer is like any island lager or any American lager for that matter. Blah, but its what’s in the fridge, drank all the Maui and kona beer.

Awkwardly watery and weird tasting beer.....
Grainy and weird are the best two words to describe it......

Tap at Yard House in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. Never saw this beer for sale in Hawai’i. Clear golden pour. Weak, white foam. Nose is vegetal, sticky stale candies, super heavy sweet maraschino cherry, grenadine. Taste is sweet cherry juice box, white sugar cube. Palate is powdery, papery. Very sweet. Not sure what this beer is about besides marketing.

On tap at The Yard House in SD. Pours pale golden with a poofy white head. This is a fairly non-descript ber that I thought was long dead until I saw it at Yard House. I’m surprised that it is even still being kegged. Not the worst, but I’d hate to be trapped on an island with only this. If it is supposed to be something better or special b/c it is brewed in HI, I don’t see it being any different from the Miller swill put into bottles.

Overall, this beer was terrible, it was about as vile a beer as they come. I’ll avoid it like the plague form now on.

Pours a golden yellow with aroma of corn. Taste of corn and slight metallic. A very dry aftertaste. Tasted like a typical mass produced lager, then I learned it was made by Miller. I wouldn’t but this again, once is enough for me.

Bottle. Poured clear pale yellow with thin fast dissipating head. Sweet aroma with many sugary notes. Sweet candy and malt flavour. Sugary finish, no bitterness. Too sweet to drink again.
