A lager that does what is expected from a pale lager in the central African heat. Most interesting about this beer is the bottle size 720 ml.

Bottle (courtesy of Travlr and I am assuming Nathan - huge thanks as I don’t think I’ll be able to get to Rwanda in the next couple months). Sour barley malt aroma. Medium yellow with small head. Lightly sweet lemon, barley malt, and grass flavor. Actually quite impressive given the origin.

33 cl bottle muled by Nathan the Former Star Intern, thanks! Clear pale golden yellow color, fluffy white head. Aroma of cardboard and straw. Taste is minimally bitter. Easier to drink than water.

This rwandan lager has an light aroma and a clear texture with a small head. It is simple but pure and alright for hydration on a hot hot day!

Your basic developing world lager....best drunk cold, tastes great after a long hot day....light bodied, slight sweetness, crisp pleasing finish...Better than Bud.

Bottle. Thanks to Nuffield for sharing this with me, and thanks to TChrome for joining us for a drink. A clear yellow color with a white head. Musty aroma with a smooth clean flavor. Better than expected and a hint of sweetness.

Light golden macro swill appearance. Aroma and flavor are strawish. Best I can say is that it is not adjunct laden.
