Pours lemony in colour with a nice crisp appley tang. Touch of the woodland about this with good acidity that starts to move towards furry roof of the mouth bitterness. Good stuff, though I happily argued with others that this wasn’t the driest on offer. A6 A3 F6 P3 Ov12 leaparsons (4759), Leicester, Leicestershire, England

Aromas are earthy apple with some citrus sourness and hints of wood. Flavours are sour, dry apple with woody notes. Quite fresh and addicitve. Mungo (2473), Southampton, Hampshire, England

Absolutely delicious nose a little aggressive fruit and masses of funky creamy cheese with undertones of wood. Hints of sweetness in the mouth and a good deal of acidity unfortunately just a touch too thin and wishy washy to be a real class act. haddonsman (1234), Derby, Derbyshire, England

The dry ciders turned out to be the starst of the show - another that fairly dessicates its way across your palate, well balanced, good under-wash of fresh apple.
