Beer pours (in Chimay glass) a cloudy lemon-orange with a small amount of white head that dissipates to near nothing. Aroma is of lemon, orange citrus with a faint hint of pine sol cleaner. Flavor is of watered down wheat, lemon, and alka seltzer. My brother's style of beer, not mine. Sampled at 67 degrees Fahrenheit.

Wheaty grain nose. Big creamy white head. Cloudy golden orange, with turbulent carbonation. A very refreshing hefe, moderately sweet, acidic, wonderful citrus notes, creamy body, finishing acidic and crisp. Nice and rounded brew

Not the best weiss I've had. Simply no head that is expected with other beers of this style, some wonderfully capped. Flat appearance but spritely fizz. Wheat flavor is muddled, however. Something tastes a little off. Just not a good quality brew.

3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Nice, cloudy golden appearance as in all hefe-weizens ... delicate, yeasty/bready aroma, with hints of fruit ... has the standard liquid bread flavor of hefes ... a little light in body, but very smooth, and nice on the palate. ... Would drink it again without hesitation. Good stuff.

2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Draught: Cloudy orange-yellow with thick white head. Light yeast aroma. A good beer but too light on the hefe and the weizen.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
On draft as Konig Ludwig Weissbier. Cloudy gold pour. Very Grainy aroma with a nice wheat (banana) flavor. A liitle sweet but still has a good dry aftertaste. A good Weiss.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bought in the 500ml brown bottle, with the simple yet effective yellow label with crest on front.
This is a very nice looking beer when poured..deep golden straw coloured beer..that is quite attractivly hazy..with a large pure white frothy head, it shrank but vestiges remained until the beer was finished.
Mmmmm very nice strong German hefe aromas..quite fruity ,loads of banana aroma..and the sourness of the wheat can be detected.
Wow this is a very easy drinking beer..but it is loaded with flavour..bananas, spice, fresh wheat..and a nice mild aftertatse.
Very comfortable on the tongue.
An exceptionally drinkable weissbier..and at a good price excellent beer..I recommend this!

2.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
Good but not great - rather bland for a wheat. Very Watery. Nice clove presence, but nothing to go along withit. I would prefer Franziskaner, Hacker-Pschorr or Paulaner to this.

Hazy straw color with a fine puffy head. Grainy aroma with some citrus. Light to medium in body, mildly sweet and bready with a tangy note and a very light finish. Refreshing but sort of bland.
