COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This is Royal Barvarian Hefeweizen. Why are the Bavarian Royal Family and King Ludwig so important to brewing history? The Bavarian Royal Family had sole rights to brewing Hefe-Weizen on Bavaria for over 200 years. No wonder we are the leading experts on wheat beers!

Has the typical look and smell of a hefe, but a bit weak in the taste, a bit disappointing.

50cl at Ginger café, Tallinn. Pours hazy golden with a lasting, dense head. Fruity aroma with ripe bananas, wheat, cloves and yeast. Medium sweet with nice fruity and wheaty flavours, a mild acidity and a slightly spicy finish. Tasty and refreshing. Decent hefeweizen.

Yeast flavour, a touch of malt. It's bananas! A hint of cloves delicately dances on my palate. The translucent yellow liquid is shrouded in white velvet foam. Unfiltered particles swim lazily through the murky yellow elixir. Ok this is getting weird... ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Van de tap bij ooitje konkel. Goudgeelet een witte kraag, zo goed als helder. Smaak en geur zijn gras, citroen en havermout, banaan meer op de achtergrond. Beetje suf

Smells like a wheat beer slightly banana-y, taste is same, no hops..banana maltiness, very middle of the road beer with medium-light strength, nothing special, smooth and mild with time

Bottle. Poured cloudy orange with a nice white head that left spotty lacing on the glass. Aroma of fruit, yeast and wheat. Taste lots of bananas and other fruits, some malts and yeast. Quite sweet but surprisingly quite refreshing. Very drinkable and very enjoyable.

Tap: Cloudy, bright yellow color. Completely hazed with a fluffy white head. Aroma loaded with banana yeast esters, ripe pear, mildly sweet bubblegum, clove, a hint of citrus. Flavor has a nice lemon zest up front, leading into a more delicate, yeasty sweetness. Baked banana bread, citrus spritz, gum, yeast, clove, a touch of mint, & moderate bubblegum. Chunky mouth feel, medium bodied & on the edge of chewy. Good stuff.
