This is Royal Barvarian Hefeweizen. Why are the Bavarian Royal Family and King Ludwig so important to brewing history? The Bavarian Royal Family had sole rights to brewing Hefe-Weizen on Bavaria for over 200 years. No wonder we are the leading experts on wheat beers!

In aroma - slightly more banana than clove, some light bready malt character also. Nice golden haze but rocky head thins very quickly. Slightly over medium body, medium carbonation. Strong bready malt flavours, with some light fruitiness, a wierd yeast seaweed thing going on. Ok beer, would be much better fresh, ester characters fading.

Botella de Carrefour. Color turbio y amarillo, buena espuma cremosa y carbonatada. Sabores de plátano, clavo, levaduras. Weissbier decente, pero un poco ligera y acuosa. Me ha gustado.

Bottle as König Ludwig Weissbier; BB 11.05.2017. Pours cloudy straw with sightly creamy white head. Aroma of hay, cereal, some banana. Some late strong sniffs give off hints of candlewax, hmm. Tastes moderately sweet with a hint of finishing bitterness. Wheat, peach, banana, yeast, herbs and grass. Dryish on the palate, easy-drinking, with modest carbonation. Finish thin and abrubt. Overall fairly pleasant. Not one to spend much time with - gets flat fast.

Smooth fresh beginning. Fruity, banana, very smooth. Mild and fresh. Round and fruity with no bitterness. Nice, sessionable, fresh with a smooth fruity but not too deep yeastiness.

Bottle. Pours faint hazy golden yellow with huge white head. Aroma is malt, grain, chalk, banana cloves and nutmeg. Taste is light to medium sweet, faint to light bitter and light acidic. Body is milky with soft carbonation. Finish is a bit short and mostly sweet with notes that follow the noise.
