For those days when you want to avoid serious jail time, explore a Misdemeanor instead. We are bringing you an exploration series of IPA’s, with three degrees of Misdemeanors for you; each differing in ABV and hop usage.
For Misdemeanor of the First Degree, we’ve selected the highest Alpha Acid hop grown in the US, Apollo, and combined it with Polar Star, a GMO free malt that provides much higher flavor stability allowing us to give you a longer lasting hop flavor and aroma. Misdemeanor of the First comes in at 6.4% ABV and 50 IBUs.
These hand crafted ales will only be available on draft at select locations for a limited time. So grab yourself a Misdemeanor; IPA of course! After all, drinking good beer should not be a crime.

Very nice single variant IPA. On tap at brewpub. Nice looking medium amber. Nose and taste are citrus/floral with good malt support. Medium carbonation and mouthfeel. I’m excited to see where they go with the next in this series.
