3.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
650 ml bottle poured at home. Pours an orange color with a beige head. Not much smell; maybe a bit of toffee or caramel. Taste has a bitter citrus and caramel finish. Not the best beer I’ve ever had but it’s drinkable.

2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
This is a slightly dialed backmversion of their ipa. Super earthy, caramel malts. The only difference is the body is a little thinner, and the bitterness isnt as pithy. There are some slight pine resins, but they fade quick. Not very interesting,

3.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Can, thought it was California Prohibition not BC. Very foamy. Dark amber. Creamy dark toffee flavour. A little thin.

3 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pours an amber and copper colour, with a small head that quickly dissipates. It has a very light aroma that consists of some caramel and hop notes. The mouthfeel is very light with some sharp, but very small carbonation. The beer itself tastes bready, with some malts. It finishes with a slight dry feeling and a bitter aftertaste. Overall the beer is quite light

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
On tap at Prohibition, pours a hazy amber with a small off-white head.
Aroma is pretty nonexistent, with light notes of bready malt. Flavour is clean, on the sweeter side with notes of bready malt and sweet cereal malts. Not cloying, but finishes almost syrupy. Decent.

2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Gotta stop this habit of cracking a beer so damn late. Caramel, light overall everything make this super easy to crush, light cereal grains, weak bitterness. A simple beer that is very easy to put back. I’m not awake. Did review between eye closures.

3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Draught at Prohibition Tasting Bar, Vancouver
Amber color, clear, with creamy head. Mild aroma, some caramel and hop can be perceived. Lean mouthfeel, well carbonated, with some caramel flavor, correct bitterness, some hop resins, and then a light fruity touch and residual sugars.
Timid offer, but clean, balanced, and easier to drink than many other Amber Ales.

3 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Pours honey red with a thinner off white head that leaves a bit of lacing. Aroma is pretty tame, bread and a little bit of fruit. Taste is nice, good malt character with flavours of toast and a little citrus. Fizzy mouthfeel with a little bitterness on the back end. Easy drinking but nothing special.
