An Americanized Pale Ale brewed with Pale, Munich, and Crystal malts, as well as Summit, Cascade, Centennial, and Citra hops. Not for the faint at heart, closer to IPA than an english pale ale.
Formerly known as just "Pale Ale"

10/18/12 On tap @ProofBrewingComapny, medium 1 inch off-white foam head, pleasant hop/citrus aroma. Drinks remarkably easily given the abv, a very hoppy pale ale that doesn’t have too much residual bitterness, making it a fantastic session beer. A must try.

I collect rare photographs... I have two... One of Houdini locking his keys in his car... the other is a rare picture of Norman Rockwell beating up a child.

Tallahassee, Fl - Proof - on tap. Pours a medium copper with a sticky off white head. Fresh spruce-like aroma - back end floral notes. Flavor is citrus oriented with loads of fresh grapefruit like citrus bitterness, some maple syrup sweetness, a little bit of caramel stickiness. Thick, rich mouthfeel. Solid APA, hit the nail on its head with this one.

On draft at Proof. Pours a clear orange with a white head. Nose is some malt and caramel with definite citrus hits and mild pine. Flavor follows: nice malt character with hits of grapefruit, mild apricot, and light pine. Light to medium in body, approachable, and a nice pale overall.

Growler from Proof. Orange-gold pour with thin off-white. Aroma is tropical fruit, caramel and pine. Tastes are light drinkable mix of the same with pale malts up front and then an even bitter. Very nice.

Draft at Brewpub. Medium amber pour with a bubbly with head. Nose bursting of fresh Citra hops with notes of pineapple and peaches. Slightly sweet pils malt entry followed by generous amounts of tropical, fruity hops and a dry bitter finish. Pretty solid pale.

Pours a murky golden brown on tap with a frothy off-white head that dissipates to thin foam and leaves great lacing on the way down. Aroma of citrus and pine from the hops, and the pale malts come through nicely. The taste is the malt up front, earthiness in the middle, then a nice citrusy, bitter finish. Easy drinker considering the abv, great stuff.
