COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This tasty Pale Ale utilizes Hersbrucker hops for a light flavor and a touch of Cascade for a distinct American bite. It weighs in at 6.5% abv and is an amazingly sessionable ale.

Growler from Proof. Gold pour with a thin white head and some spotty stick. Aroma is belgian yeast and spice. Tastes are buttery, pepper, caramel and flowers. Leaves a tacky bitter finish. Creamy, slightly medicinal texture with light carbonation.

Growler from brewery. Clear orange pour with a small white head. Fruity banana yeast and more esters with light floral hops. Plain Belgian yeast character throughout with pine accents coming in the end. Not bad.

Poured hazy golden orange from the cask with creamy off-white head and great lacing. Aroma of belgian yeast and hops. Taste is hops out of the gate, belgian yeast and pale malts on more subtle notes. Smooth, creamy, and delicious. Very good for an uncommon style.
