On draft at RBWG Jax Grand Tasting. Pours a deep brown with a tan head. Nose is roasted malt, some baker’s chocolate, some Hershey’s chocolate, and some roasted coffee. Flavor is similar with roast, dark chocolate, sweet chocolate, coffee, and a hint of earth. Medium in body and very nice overall.

Pours jet black with a thin mocha head. Aroma of roasty coffee and dark chocolate. Taste is bitter chocolate and coffee. Chewy and so tasty. This is a solid impy stout with coffee. Perfectly blended and so solid.

On tap at the Grand Tasting thanks to Proof! Thanks again, guys! Black pour with a nice brown head. Rich coffee aroma, plenty of dark chocolate, and a touch of sour American stout (acidity) from plenty of roasted malts and coffee. Equally tasty coffee and chocolate flavor with plenty of roasted malts. The ABV is hidden well. Goes down nicely. Good stuff!

I really liked this one. Tap at Hunahpu day. Nose is big chocolate and roast with some light vanilla and coffee. Rich aromas. Dark black pour, khaki head. Taste is big chocolate and vanilla with some coffee and roast. Fudge and chocolate syrup also came to mind. I don’t know what the ABV was, but I expect it was higher than I thought; I couldn’t taste hardly any alcohol. Awesome job!

This was a nice random find by OmegaX on Hunahpu Day. The body was oily and black with some sloppy tan lacing. It smelled like tootsie rolls, smoke and coffee. The taste was full of dark chocolate, molasses and roasted malts. In the finish was cocoa and soft hops, making for a filling and deliciously chocolatey beer.

On tap at Proof. Limited notes - big coffee, caramel, bitter cocoa, milky, tinny, toasty. Nice - 7.6

Some people think George is weird, because he has sideburns behind his ears... I think George is weird, because he has false teeth... with braces on them. George is a radio announcer, and when he walks under a bridge... you can’t hear him talk..

On draft at RBWG, poured a dark brown color with aromas of roast, huge coffee and light vanilla. Flavors were the same with some earth thrown in. A solid stout that didn’t taste as big as the abv suggested.
