Rich, biotic aroma - yeasty, notes of vitamins, sweet, lightly sour. clear, tan gold. A bit candied, ABV only moderately masked. A bit tangy, sturdy bittering. Booziness comes through in the finish. A stiff beer.

Going off of memory, so I might be a bit off. I remember it pouring a golden brown with some bubbly white head. Aroma was of toasted biscuits, yellow raisens, and a touch of lemon. Taste was in between a triple and belgian golden strong. Odd but good combo.

Hmm... thought I’d already rated this. From growler: gold-yellow pour with a thin white head that leaves a ring. Aroma is muted, but pleasant - belgian yeast and light citrus fruit (apricot maybe). Taste is sweet citrus, yeast, grain, and nuts. Alcohol comes in a bit late, but not bad. Slick juicy texture. Ok.

Tallahassee, Fl - on tap at Proof. Medium sparkling gold pour, white head. Nutty aroma with some fruit in the back end. Well rounded flavor with some nectarine fruity sweetness, a bit of yeast, some nuttiness, a buttery back end. Sticky mouthfeel.

Pours a hazy golden brown on tap with thin white head and good lacing. Aroma of wheat, pale malt, belgian yeast, slight funk. Taste follows, but cut the yeast and add an alcoholic burn on the way down. Pretty decent, weird for a typical belgian, but the style is open to interpretation.
