Tallahassee, Fl - Whole Foods - Brews and Bites fundraiser - on tap. Slightly hazy, medium orange, frothy off-white head. Aroma is earthy with some light spruce accents, some scuppernong grapes. Flavor is pretty solid with some bitter citrusy notes, some sweet caramel accents, a touch of spruce. Mouthfeel has a nice thickness to it. Another solid effort from Proof.

Im really digging these single hop beers that Proof is popping out. Aroma was earthy hops and I got a touch of pine. Taste was wonderfully similar.

On tap at Proof. Big soft citrus aroma. Tastes are grassy bitter, pine, caramel malt, wood, pepper. Medium palate. Nice.

Pours a slightly hazy golden orange on tap with frothy white head and great lacing on the way down. Aroma is all the hops, galaxy coming through a lot to lend a nice citrus and pine nose. The flavors follows, lots of hops, with a clean bitter finish that lasts for quite a while. Great stuff. Its a shame galaxy hops are hard to come by.

Sweet, very fruity aroma, puts me in the mind of fresh-squeezed grapes, grass and Pla-Doh. Maybe-cloudy golden ale, hard to tell in the dark bar. On the drier side, an almost herbal quality which reminded me of the deeper tones in oregano -- would be good with food, alas theres none to be had at Proof. A bit chewy, gets woody in the end. Long, peppery iPa finish.
