COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This is a hopped up German Weiss featuring Cascade Hops lending a slightly dry clean finish.  We think it rests somewhere between a Classic German Weiss and a Kolsch - definitely a refreshing sessionable brew.

Tallahassee, Fl - on tap at Proof Brewing Company. Medium sparkling gold pour, fluffy white head, nice lacing. Aroma has some banana and cloves. Flavor is bold and loaded with citrusy hoppy goodness, especially for a wheat beer. Pick up some bananas and cloves and a hint of mint. Mouthfeel is nice and thick and sticky. Solid.

Pours a slightly hazy golden yellow on tap with a frothy off-white head and great lacing. Aroma of german yeast, hops, wheat, and slight citrus. Taste is like a hop-fe-weisse, german wheat beer with a hop bite on the end. Good, easy drinker.

Growler from Proof. Slightly hazy golden pour with a small white head. Aroma of pale wheat grains, honey, and hints of citrus. Slightly sweet entry with wheat grains fading into orange peels ending on a floral and citrus bitterness. Medium light bodied and very drinkable in this Florida heat. Two very solid brews to start with, Larry!
