The Mango Wit is a full bodied, creamy Belgian Wit brewed with a generous amount of ripe organic mangos. The addition of fresh fruit adds a tropical flavor and revitalizing aroma. Mango Wit, the refreshing flavor of summer.

Proof Mango Wit is my first by this brewer, and I am impressed (even if it did come from the land of FSU.) Light fruity aroma coming from a cloudy orange pour with a yellowish-white head. Taste is all mango with a bit of yeast tangyness -- a refreshing drink on a hot day. Mango Wit is a nice Florida style beer with an interesting twist on the style.

On tap. Hazy golden color with one finger head. Dirty pepper and slight mango aroma. Mango comes out much more in the taste. Less pepper, some wheat. Pretty good.

>> Low haze green straw pour with weak foam. Nose is fruit, grain, lemon, honeydew melon, somewhat cheesy. Taste is sugary, mild mango soda, a bit sweet. Clean, mild lactic finish.

Cloudy apricot color. The wit beer melds nicely with the mango. Fruity and yeast with hints of wheat.

Tap@ Proof. Hazy golden color with white head. Mango fruit, tart wheat, bready, yeasty aromas. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Earthy sweet mango fruit flavor with tart wheat malts, herbs____drying finish---not bad.

This is one of Proofs regular beers and for good reason. Itís a great summer wheat with the sweetness of mango.

Draft at the brewery. Murky yellow color with a small white head. Light biscuit aroma. Flavor is wheat at first but finishes with some nice mango sweetness. Fine.

Draft - Sweet fruit and wheat. Cloudy yellow orange with a thin white head. Very sweet fruit and slight wheat, but more like a juice.

Nose has a nice touch of mango, but this beer didnít really capture my heart. Too sweet, yet not juicy and delicious in the way some of the Florida Cracker variants have been. Could be worse, and I like the idea, but has a ways to go.

UPDATED: APR 7, 2014 On tap at Proof. Hazy yellow with thin bright white. Sweet bready aroma. Tastes are sweet tropical fruit, mango, bread, light pepper, little yeast. Slightest nail polish vibe. Nice creamy medium texture. Feel like this is close to being very good, but was just a tad off. Hard to explain. Look forward to future iterations though. 7.0

Iíve tried a couple batches of this now and liked the first one better. Rating is note from that: Draft at Proof. Tropical Fruit. Wheat. Vanilla vibe (though canít put my finger on what that is). Clean and crisp. 7.2
