Pours a slightly hazy amber, fingerís worth of tight cream colored head with fairly thick collar. Aroma is bready, tropical, some hop spice, some pine, faint medium malt. Taste is tropical/estery fruitiness. Malt lends a great caramel-like flavor. Iím leaning on this beer being a bit higher than the 6.5%. Not boozey, just get a feeling... High carbonation and surprisingly full bodied for a pale.

Pours a hazy golden orange on tap with fluffy off-white head that dissipates to leave great lace. Aroma is strong on the hops, resinous citrus, tropical fruits, pine, and floral qualities all covering a faint pale malt. Taste follows, but a bit more balanced with the malt backbone. Good carbonation, medium thick body, very drinkable. Good stuff.

1/17/14. Pint on tap at Proof. Nice orange pour with a good thick khaki head and plenty of lacing. Awesome aroma, tons of fresh hops, citrus, floral, tropical fruits, and more. Nice flavor as well, shows the similar hop character, but the maltiness comes through more and makes it a touch sweet for my tastes. Still tasty.

Draft at Proof. Pours golden yellow with medium white head and medium to thin lacing. Aroma is floral, orange core, lemon peel, and a lil spice. Taste is sweet citrus leading to floral/herbal and lemon, pineapple, finishing with mild sweet caramel notes. Medium to medium high carbonation, excellent balance, light, refreshing but complex. This is American Pale Ale.

Medium honey gold. Clear, candied west coast hop aroma. A bit kat whizzy and grapefruity. Good - not quite what I expected. Hoppy and biscuity. Dry, tangy, woody. Medium to slightly heavy mouth. Good CO2. Woody bitter finish. Citrus, wood, light caramel. Proof, on tap.

Tallahassee, Fl - on tap at Proof. Medium copper off-white head, nice lace. Aroma has some nice spruce accents with a hint of spearmint. flavor is full of Juicyfruit gum, some nectarines, a bit of grapefruit and some spearmint in the back end. Thick enough mouthfeel. Very solid APA from the folks at Proof!
