This full bodied Double IPA is brewed with ridiculous amounts of premium Pacific Northwest Warrior and Cascade hops and is paired with a rich blend of 2-row Pale and Crystal malts. The result is an unapologetic and exhilarating hop explosion that will bully your senses. At 7.1% alcohol by volume and 99 BUs, Propeller DIPA is not for everyone… It is a TRUE hop bomb, for TRUE hop freaks!

Clear copper with a frothy white head and lace. Strong caramel and hop aroma. Lovely hop bitterness with a tropical citrus fruit background. Very tasty refreshing brew.

Growler into a tasting glass. Clear copper pour with average white head that laces out nicely. The nose is dominated by resinous hops but not as in your face as others in the style. Faint caramel maltiness in back. Very well balanced on the palate with a quick sweet malty entry that gives way to smooth hop bitterness through a lengthy finish. Certainly not all the commercial description makes it out to be but a solid effort nonetheless.

Amber beer with a nice white head. Nice malty hop aroma. Taste is a nice balance of hops and malt, with a bit of caramel. Nice beer.
