Gravity cask at the Lamplighter, Northampton. Dark gold, nearer a shade of orange-brown. Small ring of loose white head. Smells somewhat of orange and pineapple with some floral and astringent notes. Bittersweet taste with sulphur, crystal malt and spicy hop overtones. Fairly bitter finish and aftertaste. Very soft carbonation. Medium oily body. Decidedly average.

imdownthepub (13397) - Banbury, Oxfordshire, ENGLAND - AUG 31, 2014
Cask conditioned at Harbury Beer Festival ’14. Gold to amber with white head. Mid bread-crust baked malts give a solid background to this which is then overlaced with a leafy, fresh hop note. Perhaps a little on the light side but still nicely drinkable.

Light in name, light in character, unfortunately this contributes to its little taste.

Medium goldishj orange with a soapy thin lasting white head and clear carbonation. Smell of citrus hops and grain. Tastes of citrus hops and a biscuit bready malt. Sweet fruity peach start with a hop bitterness on the end. Failry boring. Nothing here but citrus.

Cask at Wellington Arms, Bedford. Gold with a small white head. Citric hop aroma with a little grain. Restrained citric taste with some biscuit. Very slight bitterness. Inoffensive, slightly watery, and hyperbolic in its nomenclature.
