Cask, The Salmon, Leicester. Clear gold with a firm cream foam. Aromas are biscuit malts with toffee and grapefruit. Woody pine with mellow spiced oranges. Hints of pineapple with cream. Flavours are sweet mixed tropical fruit with oranges and bitter grapefruit. Green pine with cream and a spicy finish. Smooth on the palate with some marzipan alcohol. Good.
