On cask at the Harbour Bar, Kirkcaldy. Pours a light golden colour with a decent white head. Aroma of caramel, grassy hops, alcohol and light musty yeast. Flavours of lemon, caramel, barley and grass with a dry finish. Mild carbonation with a yeasty linger. Not bad.

Bottle - filtered - Amber-gold slightly cloudy colour with a bubbly dissapearing white carbonated head. Light malt, citrus, hops and grass smell. Smells old. Medium graininy thin body. Chewy. Light sweetness with a bitter finish. Hoppy, fruity, bread and some grass. Not the best Prospect beer out there.

Sulfury slight caramel aroma. Almost clear copper with a nice, white, lacy, thin cover. Flavour: sulfur popcorn. salty, bready, nice gentle bitterness. Light body, low carbonation, bready finish.
