The latest addition to our beer range, a pale intensely hopped beer made with 4 different hop varieties. Part of our core beer range but being brewed just once a month throughout 2012 due to a global shortage of Amarillo hops.

Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy to creamy, good lacing, fully lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, fruity, light hoppy, citrus. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, sweet malt, grass notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20120120]

Hoppy aroma. Light gold. Quite tasty. Hop oriented and refreshing beer. Not too watery considering its strength. Finish lasts a while. No harshness, and not too sweet. Good bitter, we both like this.

Cask at NW Beer Fest 2011 - Medium golden colour with a light grapefruit smell. Medium oily body that starts witha sour grapefruit taste and moves to a bittersweet aftertaste. Leave the mouth dry. Sour fun and spicy.
