On tap at Prost poured a clear orange amber with a small lasting ambere head. Aromas of carmel, toasted malt and a hint of fruittiness. Palate was light bodied and crisp. Flavors of toasted malt, carmel and a hint of fruittiness with a crisp lingering toasted malt finish.

Part of my sampler tray during GABF weekend. Poured a reddish tinged brown. Similar to the dunkel, this was too sweet. Needed to be livelier for my taste.

Very subtle caramel sweet bread notes. Taste is a bit too sweet for me, lots of toffee/caramel flavors.

Clear golden color, white head. Sweet, malty, fruity, grainy taste. Sugary, fruity aftertaste. Smooth mouthfeel, low bitterness. Sweet, malty, apple scent.

Tap at Prost - clear dark gold - sudsy, moderate lace - nose of honeyed maltiness, sweetbread, moderate fruity esters, some floral notes - sturdy malt base - a little crackery and moderately bitter up front - some floral hops - some sharp acidity through the middle that is very unwelcome - alcohol is far too apparent, especially in the finish - sharp and not at all as smooth as an ofest should be - disappointing.

antacid mineral and stale bread.
moldy corn kernels.
acidic, rough, coarse, incredibly fizzy.
nasty butyric acid.
sour salt water taffy.
sandy beach / fish scales / fish market.
soured pretzel dough.
fusel alcohol everywhere.
unbelievably dirty beer.
imagine for a second that there is a beer called Busch Oktoberfest.
this is it.
a complete waste of $6.50.
this brewery is dead to me.

Pour on tap at the brewery, clear orange pour with white head, aroma brought notes of nice spicy yeast, hints of earth, some caramel, toffee, slight sour notes, with a slight biscuity note as well. Taste is a mix of earth, some slight grass, toffee, grass, finishing fairly bitter, dry and slightly yeasty. Pretty tasty.

Tap @ Prost. Pours a clear dark orange appearance with a fluffy, off white head. Dry, toasty malty, cracker, light caramel, herbal grassy, a bit spicy yeasty aroma that is quite nice. Dry caramel, cracker malty, straw, hay, herbal grassy, lightly sweet, toasty malty flavor. Way less sweetness than most American made Oktoberfest beers which is definitely welcome.

Clear crayola orange with a frothy lacy head. Nose of earthy biscuit and honey malt. Taste was nice and dry an biscuity with subtle dry honey tones and yeasty earthy toffee. Pleasant and traditional, finely crafted and authentic-tasting.

Tap. Pours clear dark gold with a large, frothy white head, medium retention with good lacing. Aroma is cookie and nutty malt, light earthy hops and a clean lager character. Flavor is malt dominant with light hops and medium bitterness with a sweet finish. Medium body and carbonation.
