On tap @ the brewpub. Hazy, dark orange body with a nice and dense off-white head. Aroma is mild and fruity with a hint of caramel malt and yeast. Quite refreshing flavor, fruity, balanced bitter, some caramel malt yeast and spices. Medium body and moderate in aftertaste. Easy to drink, but a bit unusually, would never have guessed this not being an ale. Can’t really make a decision how much I like this, but it’s sure interesting, quite unusually and definitively a thirst-quencher.

On tap at the brewpub. A dense two-finger off-white head forms over a lightly unclear dark amber body. Mostly fruity nose, sugary tropical fruityness and some banana, with hints of yeast, white bread and citrus. Pretty similar flavor, with balancing bitterness coming stronger towards the finish. Medium to full body, soft carbonation. A pleasant and easy drinkable, nothing extreme going on in any way, and there’s also something in the aroma I don’t like too much, but that’s just a minor issue. 120328
