An American craft beer standard, APA is a complex style that is bold and definitive of the pioneering American craft beer movement.
Its classic, pale appearance is love at first sight, tempting you to take that first sip. And when you bury your nose in your glass you could spend all day immersed in its floral hop aroma, but that is just the beginning. A healthy quaff of this brew yields a balanced mouth-feel and a clean finish that keeps you coming back for more. This beer contains the highest IBU (International Bitterness Unit) rating of any of our offerings. True to its roots, our take on this beer remains faithful to the delicious hop bitterness American craft beer drinkers expect of this revered style.
Enjoy Public House Pale with a big juicy burger, English cheeses like cheddar or derby, or with desserts like maple bread pudding or bananas foster.

This is truly and exceptional Pale Ale. In this day of microbrews and craft brews, everyone seems to be brewing a Pale Ale. However, this is an exception and it stamps the words Pale Ale with authority. It has a clear amber color, with a nice citrusy hop aroma. The taste is clean with no vegetal aroma, allowing the malt to shine briefly for a bit until the hops come through. Wonderfully done brew.
