Nice, drinkable APA offering. A bit of caramel, some orange, grapefruit and piney hops. This beer hits all the APA standards....like a good cover band.

3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Tapped at the Beerbistro in Toronto/Canada. Golden almost clear color, stable white creamy head. Aroma mostly malt and some bitter hops in the back. Taste malty, bitter fruits and bitter hops. Bitter hops finish. Overall a nice simple pale ale, nothing wow but easy to drink and refreshing.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Can from the LCBO, about 3 months old. Pours clear amber with white head. Smells nice, malty, caramel with floral hops. Taste is bitter with sweet caramel malt, spice, burnt orange peel. Pleasantly surprised with this one. I could drink a few but I wouldn’t call it sessionable. Lots of flavour here.

slightly cloudy orange colour. well hopped aroma with citrus and pinecones and some lighter malts. Medium bodied brew but hoppier than I thought it would be. pretty darn good considering it is a pale ale.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Single can from the LCBO. Pours a clear amber colour with fluffy-creamy warm cap that stays quite long and leaves very good amounts of soapy thick lacing. Aromas of butterscotch with mild hops, rusty water notes and some bread. The hop give a nice sharp edge of bitterness at first in the taste, with the caramel lingering in the finish. Seems like the grass comes back after that. A beautiful-looking, well-blended Pale Ale with some decent bite.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Can from the LCBO. Pours a very clear deep amber with a small off white head. Nose is grass, pine and light citrus with some toffee notes. Nice and bitter throughout with only a hint of malt sweetness. Grapefruit and spice in the long dry finish. Medium mouth with active carbonation. Quite good.
