Feb 21, 2009 On tap at the brewery. Copper color with a light head. Aroma was nice pine hops. Taste was clean and crisp. Pretty decent PA.

Sep 8, 2008 On tap @ Pug Ryans poured a clear copper with a small lasting amber head. Aromas of grapefruit, tangerine, carmel, light pine and a hint of earthiness. Palate was light bodied and crisp. Flavors of carmel, pine, light grapefruit and light tangerine with a crisp lightly bitter finish.

Aroma is average malt (cookie, caramel, grain), heavy hops (flowers, citrus, orange), average yeast (sweat) with notes of peach and apricot. Medium bodied, slick texture, soft carbonation, and a bitter finish. Average duration, light sweetness, moderate acidity and bitterness.
