Commercial Description:
Our first beer and still our most popular, a great American Pale Ale with a pleasant hop finish. Over the Rail Pale Ale got its name when our 10,000 pound Brew House went "over the rail" of our deck as we tried to get it off of the crane and into the brewery.

Draught. Pours clear amber with an average, fizzy, white head, somewhat lasting with good lacing. Aroma is average malt (cookie, caramel, grain), heavy hops (flowers, citrus, orange), average yeast (sweat) with notes of peach and apricot. Medium bodied, slick texture, soft carbonation, and a bitter finish. Average duration, light sweetness, moderate acidity and bitterness.

On tap at Pug’s in Dillon. Nice sharp hoppy flavor with bite and a bright, crisp reddish-amber color.

Tap. Breckenridge Beer Festival. A mild pale ale with a nice fruity/earthy hop taste and aroma. A more hoppy finish rather than bitter.
