ratman197 (2344), Arvada, Colorado, USA Sep 8, 2008 On tap @ Pug Ryans poured a clear copper with a small lasting amber head. Aromas of grapefruit, tangerine, carmel, light pine and a hint of earthiness. Palate was light bodied and crisp. Flavors of carmel, pine, light grapefruit and light tangerine with a crisp lightly bitter finish. BeerandBlues2 (2510), Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA Sep 3, 2008 Draught. Pours clear amber with an average, fizzy, white head, somewhat lasting with good lacing. Aroma is average malt (cookie, caramel, grain), heavy hops (flowers, citrus, orange), average yeast (sweat) with notes of peach and apricot. Medium bodied, slick texture, soft carbonation, and a bitter finish. Average duration, light sweetness, moderate acidity and bitterness. bblack99 (11), Kansas City, Missouri, USA Sep 3, 2008 On tap at Pug’s in Dillon. Nice sharp hoppy flavor with bite and a bright, crisp reddish-amber color. scottmc (167), Lakewood, Colorado, USA Jul 23, 2007 Tap. Breckenridge Beer Festival. A mild pale ale with a nice fruity/earthy hop taste and aroma. A more hoppy finish rather than bitter.
