Commercial Description:
Light in color, our pilsner is brewed in classic Bohemian style, well-balanced with noble hops and a crisp dry finish.

I strongly dislike this style, so that is why my rating is this low....but anyway, for a pilsner it was pretty good, one of the better ones I have tasted....as I said, personal, don’t like the style.

Bright golden with a creamy-white head and nice lace. Crisp on the palate. Grainy malts with a cereal-like sweetness. Earthy and wholesome. Hops were spicy and herbal, with aromas of grass and flowers and earth. Nice level of bitterness took the sweet edge off; it cleaned up good. Nice pilsner.

Nice look .. golden, bubbly with a nice adhesive stark white head. Nice Saazy aroma. Citric and sweet, malty with a mellow finish. Decent; Pug Ryan’s best.

Draught. Body is light yellow. Aroma is lightly malty (toasted grain), moderately hoppy (herbs, lemon). Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly acidic, lightly bitter. Finish is lightly sweet, lightly acidic, moderately bitter. Light to medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation.
