Using Nobel hops our brewer has created a well balanced beer with a nice golden color and a crisp dry finish. Light in color, this pilsner is brewed in the classic Bohemian style.

Initial taste is citrus, crisp clean flavor, a little skunky finish but not overpowering or lingering. Good pilsner

On tap at the brewery. Gold and clear appearance with a white head and light lacing. Aroma and flavor of noble hops, light spiciness, mild bitterness and pale malts. Crisp, smooth and dry. Not bad.

Can poured into a glass. Zero carbonation. No pop when the can was opened. Dark clear hay. Looks like a dehydrated person’s pee. Aroma is skunky grass and cereal. Taste is incredibly sweet, skunked, cereal. Thick mouthfeel. No crispness. None of the refreshment of a pilsner. Ew. Gross.

Tap at brewpub. Pours clear yellow/gold with creamy white head. Aroma is cereal and biscuit malts, light grass, and light floral notes. Flavor is dry malts predominantly with some grassy hop notes and faint citrus esters; crisp, dry finish. Light body and medium carbonation.

Draft at the brewery. Pours very clear gold with a frothy white head and lots of lacing. Tastes like sweet musky grains, crisp corn. Light body and low carbonation. Smells like corn, musk, grass, cereal.

Pours clear yellow, thin white head. Aroma is more of a pale lager, barley, grain, and just a hint of malt. Flavor is musty, bitter, you get a small taste of the Nobel hops, and some wheat grain on the end. More like a craft lager than a pils, but very drinkable.

On tap at brewpub. Pour is clear straw in appearance with a frothy white head and great lacing. Cracker, grassy, biscuity, straw, doughy, lightly citrusy, and bready aroma. Taste is lightly toasty, grassy, straw, biscuity, doughy, crackers, grainy, and bready with a light bitter bite on the backend. Light body with crisp carbonation. Not a bad pilsner... this place is surprising me.

Can. Pours light yellow with white head. Smells yeast, bready. Tastes a bit more full than a lot if other pilsners, still light. Not much finish, a pleasant bitterness though. Easy drinking, not bad, just wish there was a tad more going on.

12 ounce can. Pours a light gold with an average white head. Aroma of malt, grain, and grass. Taste is malt, wheat, florals, grass, citrus, and a bit of hops. Decent Pils.
