COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Using Nobel hops our brewer has created a well balanced beer with a nice golden color and a crisp dry finish. Light in color, this pilsner is brewed in the classic Bohemian style.

Draft at the brewery. Pours very clear gold with a frothy white head and lots of lacing. Tastes like sweet musky grains, crisp corn. Light body and low carbonation. Smells like corn, musk, grass, cereal.

Pours clear yellow, thin white head. Aroma is more of a pale lager, barley, grain, and just a hint of malt. Flavor is musty, bitter, you get a small taste of the Nobel hops, and some wheat grain on the end. More like a craft lager than a pils, but very drinkable.

On tap at brewpub. Pour is clear straw in appearance with a frothy white head and great lacing. Cracker, grassy, biscuity, straw, doughy, lightly citrusy, and bready aroma. Taste is lightly toasty, grassy, straw, biscuity, doughy, crackers, grainy, and bready with a light bitter bite on the backend. Light body with crisp carbonation. Not a bad pilsner... this place is surprising me.

Can. Pours light yellow with white head. Smells yeast, bready. Tastes a bit more full than a lot if other pilsners, still light. Not much finish, a pleasant bitterness though. Easy drinking, not bad, just wish there was a tad more going on.

Pour on tap is clear yellow with fizzy white head, aroma brings notes of some slight cereal and lemon notes, some very slight grass. Taste is pretty watery, but slight notes of grain, grass and slight cereal and hay notes in there.

Transparent straw yellow, no head, aroma of buttery biscuits and light corn. Taste had some more corn, like a corn tortilla, with light wheat tones. Uncomplex and untasty.
