3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Tap at brewery. Clear light golden yellow appearance with a medium sized ligh colored head. Very good pale malty Pils aroma. Tasty, malty Pils body that’s bitter but not as much as a Bohemian Pilsner. Good beer.

clear light yellow. rough malt, minerallic, husky, astringent texture with a thin body. mostly neutral nose of medium- sweet corn and pils malt. fizzy, astringent, transparently hoppy (medium+ bitterness but little hop flavor). disappointing.

3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 13/20
UPDATED: NOV 13, 2013 Can. Head is initially average sized, frothy, white, mostly diminishing. Body is clear medium yellow. Aroma is lightly malty (toasted grain), moderately hoppy (herbs, flowers), with light notes of lime zest and soap. Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly acidic, lightly bitter. Finish is lightly sweet, lightly acidic, lightly to moderately bitter. Medium body, watery/syrupy texture, lively carbonation, lightly alcoholic.
Surprisingly good from this brewery...bright floral hop nose and pretty clean. A little watery/flabby/sweet in the mouth, so needs improvement in that department...but overall pretty good stuff. Wish it was lower ABV too, 5.8% is pretty much bock strength, this could be a repeat purchase at 4.8% with a crisper finish.

12oz can from tgenebacher. Thanks! I love beer in a can! This one had some grassy, earthy, and slightly pepper hops in the nose with light bready grain and a hint of dust. Pours pale golden, nice creamy head and solid lace. The flavor has notes of grainy bread, dust, a hint of hay, earthy and grassy hops with a light to moderate bitterness in the finish. Dry and quenching, nice light lingering grass as well. Nice pils in a can. Clean, drinkable, dry, quenching. Woo!

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Can - clear golden pour - not quite as lively as I would like, but a decent head and lace - aroma is of sweet toasted grains, semi-sweet pils malt, floral and grassy noble hops - a little too much sweetness in the nose - the same can be said of the flavor up front - some sweet graininess, a bit bready/yeasty, not clean enough - however, things mellow out through the middle and finish - the malt and yeast profile clean up quite a bit, and the hops come through to lend a crisp, dry, bitter flavor for the rest of the experience - just a little messy, but decent.
