3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
On tap at the brewery. Dark brown/black with mahogany highlights and a moderate pillowy tan head. Aroma is boozy bourbon with a touch of sweet chocolate and fresh earth. Flavor explodes across the palate, ranging from sharp candy sugar to bittersweet chocolate to vanilla and cocoa and finishing with the roasty hazelnut. Slippery slick texture, just a bit beyond silky. Thereís a lot going on here, give it a try for dessert!
