COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Kuldne, kergelt punaka varjundiga ale-tüüpi ehtne pinnakääritatud õlu. Erinevate linnaste ja aroomihumalate kooslus annavad õllele pehme ja kergelt karamellise maitse.

On tap at Õllesummer, Tallinn. Clear caramel coloured with an off-white head. Moderate malty aroma with mild hoppy and fruity notes, caramel and hints of herbs. Sweet and caramely with some bitterness. Fairly decent, but still a bit too sweet for my taste. (2014-07-10)

Draught @ Hell Hunt as ”Hell Hunt Ale”. Rated on 22.12.2013
Aroma is sweet with bready malt, caramel and hints of metal. Flavour is sweet with toffee, caramel and finishes with hints of metal. Somewhat refreshing and English. Decent, I expected this to be worse.

The head is ok. It smells sweet-hoppy. The taste is sweet, hoppy, hoparomatic, bit fruity, flowery, nice! This Pale Ale is different to the english ones, but i liked it very much, it was my "all time beer" during my time in Tallinn. 11/12/11/11/12/12

Bottle. Light copper color, small white head. Aroma is something different, pine, lemon, fruits, sour. Malty body, sour notes, lemon, pine needles. Definitely different, points for that.

A fairly poor imitation of a style I don’t like anyway :) It’s too thin, unbalanced, and watery for the type (despite the 5.2% abv); some candied sweetness on the foretaste, rusty hoppiness throughout

0.5 l bottle, thanks hanniku! Copper color. Sweet aromas of caramel, resins and pepper. Caramelly and bready flavor with some breadiness and malt husks. Medium bitterness which is not very soft. Medium body. Tastes like half English pale and half bready lager.

This is not a good example of English Pale Ale, but one of the good ones that brewed locally in Baltic states. If you want to compare it to UK, you will be disappointed. Good with roast lamb/pork on a weekend brunch.
