3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20 MrFecesious (325) - British Columbia, - AUG 20, 2012Pint at P.H. restaurant. Cloudy dark orange. Great caramel and floral notes, which are more prominent than the citrus. Caramel taste upfront and great hop bitterness. Nice citrus coming through. Good stuff.
4.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 18/20 Reimer96 (590) - Alberta, CANADA - OCT 29, 2012
On tap at brewpub, pours a hazy golden orange with a white head that leaves some lace. Smell is of citrus and hops. Tastes like grapefruit up front with some piney notes. Finishes with a great bitterness that sticks around, the way an ipa shod be.malts and hops are balanced nicely and complete hide abv.

Very solid IPA from a usually interesting brewery. Pretty big grassy hop up front, some mild malty balance on the back end. Full in the mouth. with lots of carbonation. Good stuff.

On tap @ the brewpub. Attractive red-orange, medium cream cap, lovely lacing. Bracingly hoppy aroma and palate, heaps of citrus rind, pine, and passionfruit. Intensely bitter finish. An archetypical, beautifully crafted West coast style IPA. Fantastic!

Draft at Pump House. Lots of hops and a little citrus, a true IPA. Not easy to drink with the powerful bitterness, but tasty.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20 Slacks (615) - Bolton, Ontario, CANADA - AUG 3, 2010
Draught @ Pump House Brewery, Moncton, NB: Amber pour, good sized head. Aroma is very hoppy, smells promising. Bitter! Very spicy with floral and citrus hops. Malty toffee hop bomb. Love it.
4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20 swiseman (355) - Fredericton, New Brunswick, CANADA - JAN 26, 2010
hops, hops and more hops. dark amber with some hop aroma. lots of citrus wrapped up in a dense mouthfeel. palate brings a number of different bittering hops. My biggest complaint on this one is that they sacrificed taste by overpowering any aroma hops with heavy, bitter flavours. doubt I would ever drink more than one of these at a sitting.
3.9 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20 Berley31 (230) - New Brunswick, CANADA - NOV 13, 2009
A: Poured with a very decent-sized head. Body is a light amber color, and hazy.
S: Wow! Dry hops barreling through, with some citrus in there as well. Hops are EXTREMELY strong here!
T: And those hops continue in the taste. This IPA has a long duration for flavor, with an extremely bitter finish. Citrus and fruit in there, but it’s the hops that shine through. Very West-coast-like!
M: Medium-bodied and creamy, with average carbonation.
D: A really interesting and tasty IPA; I must admit, I was surprised Pump House would make an IPA this strong and hoppy. Sure, you can’t drink something like this all night, but it’s damned good.

On tap at Hart and Thistle in Halifax. Pours a murky orange gold with small, lacey white head. Really nice hoppy nose - citrus and pine. Taste big and full of hops with nice strong malt backing and a long bitter finish. Rock solid IPA.
