Pours a clear amber with pretty much no head(very thin ring) and effervescent. Aroma is ginger, lemon grass, orange peel, kinda smells like Thai noodles. Flavour is mildly spicy, mildly bitter, definite ginger presence(well used), lemony, and malty sweetness. Different, not bad, glad I tried it.

2.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
1 oz sample. Golden pour, very little haziness. Bubbly white head. Taste is heavy on lemongrass, and ginger. Not unpleasant though, malt character is somewhat present. I love lemongrass, so perhaps that "clouds" my judgment. Haha.

At first I could not get beyond the soap taste. This is the thrills gum of beer. This beer isn’t terrible and there are some nice subtleties but I can’t recommend it to anyone.

Pour is orange cloudy and unfiltered with a long lasting white head. Aroma is heavy ginger with some orange zest. Taste has some hop and wheat with some lingering ginger and orange. Pretty light body with some carbonation. Not that bad .

Nice crisp wheat beer with a good spicy bite in the end. Wish these guys had this available more often.

341ml bottle pours a cloudy golden orange color with a finger of white head that settles slowly to reveal some spotted lacing on the glass. Has a potent ginger aroma with hints of orange rind. Taste is a sharp hoppy bitterness with a strong ginger spiciness with an underlying malt sweetness. Light bodied with some decent carbonation combined with the ginger leaves a massive tickle on the tongue. An interesting brew and recommended for at least one try.

3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Draft at Pepper’s Pub, Saint John NB. Appearance is unique. Completely opaque, very unfiltered, it was a cloudy orange. Aroma is yeast and spice. Taste is also unique. Up front there is lots of wheat and some hops, but some lemongrass and ginger creep in at the end. I didn’t love it or hate it, it was just kind of strange. Probably would go better with some spicy food.

3.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
some hops and some yeast in the aroma. thick, frothy head out of the tap. I had no idea what to expect with this one, but now, retroactively reading the description, I did not notice much for spices. Maybe some grass and some fruit, but most of the subtle flavors are masked by a fairly strong hop profile. With it’s light to medium body, this makes for an easy-drinking pale ale. However, if Pump House wants to make something unique, they will have to tone down the hops a bit to avoid drowning out the taste of whatever spices and adjuncts that are being used.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Pours a clear amber with very little head that dissipates quickly into a white ring. Aroma of spicy wheat, lemongrass, ginger & some light floral esthers. Taste is ginger, lemongrass, some sweet malts, spicy wheat notes with a slight acidity that really reminds you of the Thai notes. Overall a different kind of beer but would pair great with curry and other Thai foods.
