Medium body, watery/velvety texture, lively carbonation.
Well-executed example of the style...clean, proper aroma, balanced. Nice.

Mar 25, 2005 Light tan head; deep black with brown edges. Creamy and light body; prickly carbonation. Spicy and chocolaty, with a pinch of vanilla. Very roasted. Underlying milk chocolate sweetness. Nice and complementing bitterness. Dryish finish. Bitter-sweet chocolate aftertaste. Not overly charismatic, but not bad.
