Note: ABV from 5.5% to 5.2% at some point.

Big creamy white lasting head. Pale yellow body with lazy carbonation. Delicate spicy peppery hop aroma with herbal grassy notes. Delicate dry-sweet peppery malty taste with grassy chalky hop notes. Sharpish, hot mouthfeel. Very well balanced, fresh, but still lots of taste. A very good beer. (0.2l draft at Gablerbräu, Salzburg.)

02/01 0.5 l bottle from Spar in Semriach. Poured golden body with medium head going down at medium pace. Weak, somewhat malty aroma with grass notes. Flavor is sweetish a bit but not so tasty as Bierige Bier, more like thin bodied brew. Finish follows the flavor, bittersweet and quite long. Thought this would be even better than ordinary Puntigamer, but it is actually not good Helles, more like just a little bit odd pale lager.

Bottled, alc. 5.2% (BB 11/2007)
Golden clear color, cloudy white head. Paper and vegetable-hops in the nose. Sweet malty and harsh lager. Woody, cheap hops in the flavor. Alcohol in the aftertaste. Very unbalanced and cheap-like flavor.

Dorqui (2125) - Brescia, ITALY - NOV 26, 2006
UPDATED: SEP 14, 2007 Bottled 0,50L. Compact head of medium persistence. Limpid yellow color, medium fizz. Light and simple scent with notes of malt, dry grass and straw. Prickly taste, notes of cereals lightly dampen, straw and malty. Simple but with fairly good bitter and a final equilibrium.
