COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask: Regular
Brewed with Maris Otter, Caragold and Wheat Malt with Hallertau bittering hops and Cascade and Willamette aroma hops. Light copper in colour with a great hop character and citrus overtones.

Cask at the Railway Tavern, bright dark gold with a loose head, aromas of orange and biscuit, great balance of golden malt and grapefruity bitterness. Dry-bitter finish. Lovely!

On tap at the Three Stags Bebbington. Colour is clear golden with a big creamy white head. Aroma of citrus. Taste is fruity, and citrus. Dry light bitter taste. Good.

From cask. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is mild fruity and toasted malty. Bitter, toasted and light fruity hoppy. Crisp and bitter into a dry finish.

Cask at the Meridian, Birmingham airport. Pours clear pale gold, thin white head. Aromas are light peach, lemon, pale malt. Taste is light sweet, touch of caramel, light lemon bitterness. Creamy texture, bitter finish builds down the glass.

Cask at Jekyll and Hyde, Birmingham. Cannot believe Iíve never rated this; Iíve only drank it about a zillion times. Best of the original 3 Purity beers for me - jazzy, lemony hops swoosh.

Cask@the avion, aldridge. Golden amber beer with small head and some lacing. Aroma of malts and light hops. Taste is malts, floral and a decent blend of hops, especially the hallertau that stand out well. Good.
