Cask: (4.2%) & Bottle: Filtered (5.0%)
Brewed with Maris Otter, Caragold and Wheat Malt with Hallertau bittering hops and Cascade and Willamette aroma hops. Light copper in colour with a great hop character and citrus overtones.

Cask at Plough Langford. Pours a gold colour with a off white head, fruity aroma with citrus fruits, medium bitterness with a sweet finish.

Cask in the Golden Cross, Bromsgrove. Amber with a cream head. Quite a lot of bitter pine flavour to this. Some underlying caramel too. Pretty good.

(draught) pours a hazy deep golden colour with a creamy off-white head. aroma of rote pettles, some banana, floral hops, yeast and sugar icing. flavour is yeast, light butter and bubble gum, with a hint of muesli and a light-bitter herbal-hoppy finish. medium-bodied with soft carbonation.

(Cask at Edgar Wallace, Strand, London, 8 Apr 2014) Golden amber colour with foamy, off-white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with apricots, orange peel and fresh hops. Malty, fruity taste with notes of apricots, orange, soft chewy malt and fresh floral hops in a finish with a certain bitterness. Medium body, with balanced sweetness. Fresh and tasty. Nice one.

Cask at Sandford Park Ale House. Pours clear amber with a medium, frothy off-white head, long retention with good lacing. Aroma is toast and cookie malt, earthy and spicy hops with light apple esters. Flavor is malt forward with moderate hops and bitterness and a dry finish. Medium to light body and medium carbonation.

Pale copper colour. Slightly perfumed aroma with a hint of vanilla. Flavour is quite complex and includes biscuit and citrus (not too much). A well thought out recipe and I liked it.
