from bottle at mondial 2014, mtl. pours almost clear bright and light gold, little to no head, no lacing. pale cereals, spicy/earthy/floral english bitters, floral honey touch, bit of grass, pepper and herbs. moderate to low carbonation, light body - slightly watery, dry crisp slightly earthy-spicy-citrusy finish. relatively linear but more than decent for a session golden ale.

Disappointing pint, from a purity bar at a festival, just very bland brown beer, maybe it wasn’t in best condition .

caramel, apple juice, some fruit and citrus in the aroma. Golden with a white head. Medium sweet and medium + bitter. Light body with a average carbonation. Bitter and dry finish. Overall totally OK, but not something to remember.

0.5l bottle. A light blurry golden looking one this and it has a small bubbly light lacing white top. It smells of diacetyl and thin watery hops. Not sure it’s meant to smell like this, cause there is nothing pure or golden about this aroma. A bit better in the taste, no make that much better in the taste. Still, it’s definitely nothing to extraordinary this. A mild gentle but definitely present grassy hoppiness with traces of both caramel and what’s left after the wort. Light mouthdrying in the finish and aftertaste. Horrible aroma and a fair (dull) flavor profile with a nice hoppy punch. 25.12.2013

ClubGonzo (4047) - Bergen, NORWAY - DEC 27, 2013
Bottle from Matkroken Natland, Bergen. Pours a light golden body with a small white head. Nose is sweet heather floral tones, sugary notes, pale malts and hints of red berries. Taste is sharp acidic tones up front, bitter herbs, pale malts and hints of grains. Light body, medium carbonation. Too sharp and bitter, not fruity enough or even very drinkable. Not very impressive, all in all.

Orange with quite a frothy head. Lightly hopped with a hint of orange marmalade - enjoyable session beer.
