Rather liked this simple ale. Light, soft, velvety body and light but complimentary hops.

clear golden colour.
gentle aroma of hops , hint of spice. lovely balanced flavour and a slightly bitter sweet malty finish.

Bottle. Pours a clear yellow. Aroma slightly sweet amongst the hops. Taste has initial hints of citrus, giving way immediately to quite strong hops. Not the most quaffable of ales due to the dryness but one to dabble with from time to time.

Pale Gold, white head.
Fruity, earthy nose, grapefruit, hops, yeast, malt.
Dry, light to medium body, medium bitter.
Fruity, slightly earthy, hoppy, a bit anemic. (2011-08-29)

Clear gold beer. not much of a head. Crisp juicy hops. A little grapefruit. Crisp dry finish. Grapefruit bitterness in te aftertaste. Refreshing.

Gravity cask at the East Dulwich Tavern. Clear, yellow-gold with a slight film. Tangy tangerine notes in aroma, light straw. Lightly sweet, hay, tangy citrus. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Pretty dry finish, straw and more citrusy bitters. Nice beer.

Golden but uninteresting body. Mild, but still tasteful. Citrus, dough. Easy to drink. Not as full of taste as the other Purity ales. (50cl bottle)

500ml bottle at 4.3%. Pours gold with a large head. Aroma is spicy hops. Taste starts with some citrus hops. Dry, lemon biscuit finish.

Cask, gravity, at Luton Beer Festival ’11.Gold with a small white head. Underarm malt aroma with grassy notes. Rough, tough malt taste with a sharp bitter finish. Didn’t really like it.
