1.3 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 3/20
Bottle from brewery. Aroma is sugary whatnot, nothing particular to be identified. Hazy colour. Taste is acidic, chemical, I will not lose more words on this beyond disgusting. No figs at all.

1.4 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 4/20
Bottle from Gurthnar, many thanks. Shared with him. Light purple golden color with almost no white head. Aroma, sugar, diacetyl, some fruits not necessarily figs. Taste, sugar, diacetyl, awful tartness. Very sad experience.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
bottled, purchased at the brewery gift shop which doubles as the reception of the adjoining hotel. another weird choice of additive for this brewery but that doesn’t seem to be something they’re concerned about. anyways; a very light shade of purple with an ambivalent head; big juicy aroma of fig jam with suggestions of straberry as well; the taste is all about seeds with a hint of tart wheat (though i’m pretty certain there is no wheat actually in there). another purkmistr beer where i think they’ve done just about the best possible with what they’re trying to do, just that i wish they would turn their attention to less gimmicky beers. lucky for me, their ipa should make its first appearance this week
