1.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 7/20
20cl pour at the brewpub. Pours a clear, straw gold with some clinging white head. Nose is a little dank, pine, mint, mild hop pellet, a little weed. Flavor is mint, light soap, some sweet malt, orange soda. Weird fake finish. Arguable the worst beer they had, especially compared to style.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
on tap at the brewery in cernice and at the chodske slavnosti in domazlice. not to be confused with the ipa they released in april. served way too cold both times i had it - probably no more than 6 or 7 degrees but allowed to warm and to go a bit flat it revealed some decent character. anyways, light amber with a steady off-white head; aroma of weedwhacker, red berry, bilberry and lacquered floorboards; hints of toffee and a steady bitterness. apparently brewed using partly czech hops (like at radous) which makes for a strange hybrid as indeed it is of the english and american pale ale styles - a real mishmash but far from undrinkable
